Explore a target. Estimate a price.
Select a repeat locus or enter a human genomic region to estimate an enrichment design and research-use price. Custom regions use GRCh38 coordinates.
This calculator provides modeled estimates. Published catalog prices apply to listed services; our team confirms the final quote before an order.
No cocktail of up to three enzymes from the panel places this target on one fragment with 1,000 bases clear on each side within the 15,000 bases searched. A custom design can widen the search or add enzymes, and is quoted on request to [email protected].

Enrichment and price by cocktail size
Each row is the best cocktail with that number of enzymes. A cocktail with more enzymes removes more background and costs more to run.

The figures are estimates for research use, made before the design is checked at the bench. The background counts come from an in silico digest of the GRCh38 primary assembly with enzyme cocktails. Enrichment is the predicted on-target reads per flow cell divided by the reads one locus returns from a 30x long-read genome on the same cell. On-target reads per flow cell are calibrated to the DMPK digest in production and never predicted above the best run measured. Prices are per sample at list in US dollars; volume pricing applies from 10 samples. Designs are computed on the 3X design service against the GRCh38 primary assembly.
